Dario and crew pressure washed the outside of our house which has cedar shingles. Dario provided us which photos so we could see exactly what would be done. Then they stained the house after pressure washing. They also replaced some shingles on the back side of the house which had become warped by the sun. They built a fence for us, too. Neighbors have stopped by to tell us how great our house looks! This was the second time we have used them. Dario sanded, pressure washed , stained and reset nails on our cedar deck last summer. They do wonderful work, and are very professional, timely and cost effective. We will have them for all our projects!

Dario provided interior painting for my parents to prepare their new home in Oregon City for occupancy. From the first phone call I had with him to set up the on-site inspection for the quote to the final clean-up after the painting was done, everything was done with excellence and the highest level of service. The amount of work we originally thought would be needed ended up being quite a bit more as we saw more things that needed to be painted to give the entire house a fresh look. Along the way, Dario made recommendations that we had not considered to accomplish what we wanted. As the scope of the work grew, he also found ways to keep the cost within a reasonable range while still providing all the painting work we wanted done. His quote was very reasonable for the amount and quality of the work done. He painted celings, walls, baseboards, doors and trim, window sills and closet doors. He also touched up some of the cabinet doors and matched the existing paint. The communication from Dario and Guadalupe throughout the process was timely and responsive. In the end, the results turned out great. We will be contacting Dario again for exterior paint work.

October 2024: One of the best, if not #1, contractors we have ever hired to do anything. Why? 1. Communication is excellent, fast and frequent. 2. Offered great ideas that no other painter did. 3. Dario was on the job site working every day. None of this "my crew will be here but I'll check in" stuff. 4. Did what he said they would do. Post project walk-around to confirm it. 5. Polite, courteous and cleaned up the mess every day. 6. Our home is very large and required a comicated paint job lasting 2.5 weeks. It is not for the average contractor. Gaxiola's Painting gets my highest recommendation. Dario is an absolute pleasure to work with, is an excellent communicator, prompt, professional, and as he advertises provides an excellent value for the services he and his team provides. My wife and I solicited enough bids to recognize immediately that Dario is who we wanted to work with. We are very detailed, have high expectations and hold those providing services to a high degree of accountability. As a consumer your attention/engagement and communication is always equally as important to achieve positive outcomes. From the very beginning he was one of the most clear, concise, and matter of fact about his process, the standards to which he adheres to, and how he planned on executing on our project. He follows Paint Contractor and Decorators Association (PCDA) standards and cites them regularly. When I had questions, he had answers. His contract was thorough and already included many of the things most customer's would want to see (other bidders lack substantially in what they put in writing). When there were additional concerns or specific inclusions or exclusions I wanted to see in the contract he readily included them (other bidders bowed out of inclusions). Dario stuck exactly to the planned dates and times and was extremely punctual on every day he and his team performed services. There was excellent communication and setting of expectations throughout the project. He and his team worked very carefully around all of the many plants and obstacles in our yard and respected each of the areas where we covered plants with buckets or pots. I might add, we have A LOT of plants making for very tight and challenging quarters for performing work with large ladders. They handled the challenge in stride. As the project progressed, if there were questions, concerns, recommendations, or even simply noteworthy observations about our home, Dario was sure to bring them to our attention. We did opt to have 1 fascia board replaced due to rot, as well as a dozen or more missing cedar siding shingles replaced throughout the project. At the conclusion of the primary phase of work, we proceeded to the walkthrough phase. I let Dario know after completing my walkthrough that his team had performed a job worthy of 9 out of 10 stars. That said, I reviewed my list of touch-ups with Dario which I wanted to be addressed. Despite my pickiness, Dario took it in stride and immediately went to work using tape to flag anything I mentioned as I walked him through the list and immediately had his team working through them. This last big push of work solidified my respect and appreciation for Dario and his team. They easily could have been discouraged, or even have objected on a Sunday afternoon knowing they would need to make one final push through the evening. Instead of showing frustration, Dario showed a penchant for action and came across the finish line with flying colors! The paint job on our home is truly stunning!

We are super happy the way our deck turned out. They pressure washed, sanded, reset the nails and stained it. They were very professional, and responsive. The work was performed with great skill as scheduled. We will definitley hire them again and will recomment them to our friends.

Dario was on time and covered surfaces not to be painted. He did a great job doing drywall repair, texturing and painting the garage ceiling after a water pipe broke. He also cleaned up after he finished painting.

Dario and his team did a wonderful job painting our house. It looks like a completely new home! Hiring them was the best decision! They were reliable, trustworthy, and detail oriented. They went above and beyond to make our house look nice. I hope to hire them to paint our shed in the future and would recommend them to anyone!

Gaxiola's Painting has successfully completed two exterior painting projects for me. Both times Dario and his team have been on time, completed the work when they said they would and have kept me in the communication loop. Dario is prompt in giving estimates and he is great with time management for himself and his team. Both jobs have turned out beautifully and the cleanup is excellent. You would never know they had been to your house except for the great paint job. I will be using Gaxiola's painting for my next project.

Dario and his team did an excellent job. I had called them in May, and said I needed paint done by July 4th. He fit me in his schedule not even two weeks after our estimate and knocked the job out in 3 days plus one evening pressure washing. The final product looks great and he spent the time to plug all the little holes and cracks from my home's older aluminum siding and the various utilities previous owner's had sloppily drilled into the home. All around, Gaxiola's Painting is a business and service provider I would recommend without any hesitation. Fairly priced, quick and quality work.

Gaxiola's painting crew was professional, efficient and extremely easy to work with on our entire interior house painting project. They cleaned up each area immediately after it was painted.
