I've owned several homes in various states over the last several years. I've dealt with contractors on large and small projects - some with excellent outcomes - some not so much. Although I hired Glenn Pelt for a relatively small project (exterior painting and gutter work), I would rank him near the top of the list. Glenn is an excellent communicator, always on time, and did a quality job at a very fair rate. I have recommended him to others and would hire him again without hesitation.
