“I must preface by saying that I had sworn off wallpaper forever after removing a house full when we moved in 35yrs ago. When my designer suggested wallpaper for a powder room I was apprehensive but I trusted her immensely so I went for it. I found Abode Couture LLC on Houzz (my designer's person had retired) and they were available. Cheryl Heator was so helpful with ordering and guided me through the process of getting an accurate picture of the room's dimensions. They came installed our paper and I LOVE IT!!! So much, we had them return and they papered the hall bath and an accent wall in our primary bedroom. I'm obsessed!! The Abode Couture Team are friendly professional and most of all talented. “We had our kitchen cabinets painted by Armor Tough Coatings. It was not an easy task since the cabinets had stress marks all over them and they had to fill and prime several times before they could paint. Although the job took longer than they had planned, they did not rush, took their time to make sure everything was done properly. All the employees who came to the house were very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend and would use again for other projects in our home.”

“I highly recommend Somerset Painting. Here’s why: Our project consisted of two parts: carpentry and paint. We needed to replace about 200 sq.ft. of second level wood siding which had deteriorated over the years. It was not an easy job, because the lower level roof cut across at an angle, so each new panel had to be cut to fit then hauled up and put in place. Also, about 3,000 sq.ft. of wood siding and overhangs on the rest of our house needed painting. Most of the work was completed in one long day, which minimized the disruption. This was through hard work, not cutting corners. Julian and crew were justifiably proud of the end result. The new siding and paint look terrific. Careful prep work meant joint lines that are crisp and clean. In addition, the paint process, which consisted of spray, back-roll, and follow-up spray to blend the painted area, resulted in a very smooth appearance, including under the overhangs. Rick Hartsell, the founder of Somerset Painting, took on our project with just a handshake. A deposit was not required. His confidence that we would be happy upon completion was a deciding factor in our decision to hire them. Our house looks like new.”
