Helix Painting

I had a wonderful experience with Helix Painting for my interior painting project. Chad Chambliss the estimator was so professional and very responsive to all my questions and responding to my many changes in scope of the project. Lex Martin, the project manager guided the project and the painting team so well. He kept me informed throughout the project. Saul the head painter and his team did an awesome job on the painting including doors, baseboard, ceilings and walls. The results were excellent and I am so happy. I highly recommend Helix Painting for your painting projects.

From our estimator (Chad) to the last member of the work team, our experience was outstanding! Antonio (project lead) was in communication with us regularly and handled questions promptly. Francisco and his work crew were diligent in doing a quality prep job and delivering an outstanding final product. Francisco was great about communicating and making sure the job was as we expected. All Helix personnel that we interacted with were highly professional. A top-notch experience and a fair price!

Overall the paint job looks great and was done quickly. From quote to completion was probably faster than I would have been able to do myself. Very polite and courteous. I could not get rid of "striping" on an 18' wall and angled ceiling. They covered up my paint job and made it look good. The rest of the house (walls, ceiling, trim and doors) look great. There were some minor touch ups, paint drips and other spots I had to fix, but nothing to get in a snit over.

They did a great job and were prompt every day. They did have a little bit of a hard time reinstalling our cabinet faces but my husband had seen them readjusted before and was able to help. The finished product looks wonderful.

I hired Helix to do an outdoor job on a historic home in Wash Park West. There were some communication gaps early in the estimation process however the team was committed to the job so we were able to work it out in a very constructive professional manner. That being said the execution was outstanding. They gave us an expectation that they could complete the job in 1.5 weeks and they were early with meticulous precision and a walk down guarantee. I dint pay the invoice until we did a walk down of the job! Great job and would use again and recommend to anyone.

Project: Interior painting of the attached garage to include/repair small wall defects, drywall painting of walls and ceilings. Jared, Tony and Evans of Helix Painting were great help in making the best choices for our garage. They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The garage looks great and we love it!

Really great all around experience with Helix! We just bought a rental property and we figured it would be pretty easy to paint it ourselves. We started and after two hours decided to forget about it. Between dealing with really old walls, cracked paint, and trim which needed a bunch of caulking it wasn’t worth it. We wanted to get it done fast and right, so we decided to hire pros. Brandon was available quickly to give me an estimate. He asked lots of questions to make sure he had the details, and gave me an affordable quote before he left. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. We had the job scheduled the following week. Helix showed up exactly when they said they would and did an incredible job on my historic home. Two painters managed to finish the job in two days at a fair price. We will definitely use them again. The Helix Painting team did a great job with a recent bedroom, bathroom and kitchen paint job. They provided clear communication, gave an on the spot estimate, checked in with us throughout the project and made us feel like we could really trust them. The final product looks great and we are so glad we had Helix Painting complete the job. We look forward to using them in the spring for our exterior.

The people at Helix are awesome. We did three painting projects with Helix Painters this year at our home in City Park, and their work was immaculate each time. Their workers are well-trained, professional and respectful of their customers' homes. They cleaned up at the end of each day like the said they would, and when the job was finished, they left everything spotless. Throughout every project, Helix showed up when they said they would and made the whole process so easy – that has not been the case when we’ve hired other contractors. While they weren’t the cheapest, the great quality of their work was well worth it in the end.
