We can't thank Homm enough for the lovely painting job that has transformed our house. The whole process with Homm was smooth and transparent - from the quote to the actual painting. We appreciated the quote transparency and their openness to questions. Casey came out for a pre-job meeting to walk around the house and understand our requests in terms of colors and what was getting painted. This significantly reduced the potential for miscommunication. And when it came time for the actual painting, Walter and his team were amazing. They took amazing care. Walter even came out on Saturday morning to handle a few small last minute touchups that we asked for. Overall, he and his team were extremely professional. My 9 year-old daughter was so happy with the paint job on her room that she cried "happy tears".

Homm was contracted to paint my living room, bedroom and hallway. They also ended up painting my new hardwood floors, furniture, left dust everywhere in my home, and treated my bathroom like a porter potty. I notified the owner, including photos of the issues. He offered me $200. But when there is that much damage and disrespect, it seems more like he missed the point. He just said he understood. No apologies, no agreement that the quality was unacceptable. When I hired professionals, I expected them to protect my property and belongings. Not worth the cost or the time to clean up Homm’s mess.

We are sorry to hear about your experience regarding clean up after we completed your painting project. Nevertheless , it is fair to point out how we have tried to resolve this for you to make it right:

1. Once you approved and signed the work as complete and satisfactory, hours later that evening we got your email with your clean up concerns and immediately reassigned the foreman for the next day to return. You decided not meet with the foreman and would confirm for later visit.

2. You then did accept a visit (48 hours later) since you wanted us to repair a small gap around a lamp. We had also instructed the foreman to address all pending issues regarding clean up as this was your initial concern and we wanted to make sure you were a happy customer. The foreman once had completed the gap work, was then told by you to leave as the cleaning issues would be handled by yourself. The foreman while at your property called the office to report and ask then if he could leave as he was then not allowed to be in the property.

3. During the weekend, you reached out again to report that the cleaning was still an issue, we then insisted on meeting with you on that following Monday (owner). At the meeting, you mentioned that you had taken care of it already and there was nothing more for us to do. This was a little confusing a this point as we had been there to make this right the days prior but proactively offered a $200 refund as an alternate and final solution; you rejected the amount and demanded a $1,000 refund instead.

Homm Certified Painting System did an amazing job on my new home. Andres and his staff were extremely professional, communicative, and punctual. I was very impressed by the level of detail and care they put into my project. From the moment that Andres walked into my home to give his estimate, I knew I was in great hands. We actually vetted 6 painting companies from the DC/Northern Virginia area and Homm's level of attention on our project as well as their competitive pricing put them way ahead of the rest. Andres was extremely communicative and was easily reachable - including his entire team. Roger and Alex and their team of painters were punctual every day and finished the job right on time (in fact, even ahead of schedule!) They took great care of my newly refinished floors, and they were very careful about my entire house. They did a great job patching walls and fixing scuffs, etc. that the previous owners had left in my home. Overall, I'm beyond happy with the outcome and would hire them again within an instant for any project in my home.

I had a popcorn ceiling removed in a condo. Not only was it a messy, tedious job, but Walter and his crew had to work in tight spaces. Almost all of the condo had popcorn, so there wasn't much working space. The crew was very dedicated in working all day. My cat and I were displaced for one night, but the crew made it a priority to get my bedrooms done. We were back admiring the ceilings after only one night and it's no longer 1975 in my condo! I would definitely use Hömm Certified Painting again. Andres was prompt in pricing and scheduling my project, and he has a crew of very dedicated, hard workers! The ceiling looks great!!

Excellent! I am 100% satisfied with my experience with Hömm Certified Painting Systems. The job included pressure washing and painting the exterior of my brick and siding house, a significant amount of carpentry to repair damaged wood, pressure washing and staining my deck, and other pressure washing. The price was lower than many others from whom I got bids, the workmanship was outstanding, and the customer interface with both the owner Andres and the foreman Roger was first rate. The rest of the crew were also highly professional throughout the process. I had zero negative issues, zero surprises (except good ones) and they went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied with various specific steps in the process throughout the job. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

We had the exterior of our 3 storey brick house painted. The walls were washed and scraped where needed. Two coats of paint were applied. We also painted the iron railing, small balconies, trim and exterior doors. Walter and his crew also did some minor carpentry work and caulking where needed. A couple of interior walls were also painted. Andres came out to determine the scope of the work. I appreciate that details of the work to be completed were listed in the contract agreement. Walter and his crew were neat and careful and did an excellent job overall. They were accommodating, working around concerns of our immediate neighbor. Walter was quite open to feedback and takes pride in doing a good job. Andres communicated regularly through the entire process. Overall, everyone was professional. It was a good experience and I am very pleased with the outcome. I will not hesitate to call on Homm again, and highly recommend them.

The Homm work team did a expert and professional job painting our home and repairing damaged woodwork. The work was performed on time and covered all aspects of the contract.. Their workers were well informed and efficient in completing the job to be done. We would gladly use this contractor again.
