My husband and I had an addition done to our home in the Spring of 2015 and we hired Nick and his team as the painters. From the first meeting until the final walk through, Nick and his team were very polite and respectful to me and my family. With having two small children, this was greatly appreciated. They were very cautious about our living space as well as to our everyday schedule. They were flexible and met all or our scheduling requirements and budget needs. Nick and his team assisted with picking out the paint color and were very patient while we reached our decision. Their attention to detail - crisp finished lines, drop clothes over existing furniture, was exceptional. Whenever there was a concern, for example, when we changed the paint color that was just put up on the walls, Nick made the change without hesitation or push back. He is genuinely concerned about making his customers pleased with the final outcome. High quality painting is what truly finished our addition, and Nick Lauro Painting can be credited to that. We hired Lauro Painting for 2 jobs. The first job was for two bedrooms. After being extremely pleased with the first job, we had Nick and his crew come back to do dining room, family room, foyer and hallway. We found both experiences to be very positive. Nick and his crew are extremely professional, friendly and responsive. Nick is very honest and thorough in his walk through and estimates. He gives great recommendations on what is best for your budget and the aesthetic of the project. We found his pricing to be reasonable and the timeframe for which the work to be completed timely. Nick and his crew are extremely punctual and respectful. They took care in our home and we felt completely comfortable with them being there when we weren't home. They prepped the area very thoroughly. The workmanship is excellent. Nick was involved in stopping on the jobs to ensure everything was going smoothly as well (which it was!). We hired Lauro Painting to paint the entire first floor of our home (6 rooms, including ceilings and foyer). Nick, the owner, and his crew were professional, courteous, and responsive during the entire process. Nick was thorough during the initial walk-through in our home to provide a quote. He asked plenty of questions, took pictures/notes from room to room, and gave us ample time to make inquiries and convey what we had in mind for the space. Most importantly, his quote was timely and reasonable, and the job was completed for the exact amount quoted. Nick was accessible and generous with his time and knowledge, in particular during the color selection process. He provided numerous color boards, made suggestions, and coordinated the order in which the walls would be painted so that we could see the colors as they were applied more broadly to the walls. This was invaluable because we ended up tweaking some of the colors with Nick's assistance after the first coat had been applied. Nick and his crew were punctual and respectful of us and our home. All floors and furniture were covered completely and at no point was there debris or mess. The paint job itself was excellent and included great attention to detail, including through cleanup and breakdown at the end of the job. They completed the job in the estimated timeframe (approximately 4 days), and Nick spent time with us at the end of the job to assure that we were satisfied. We would recommend Lauro Painting without hesitation. Nick is honest and approachable, and his professionalism and high standards are apparent in his crew as well.
