“The Level Five Painting team did a fabulous job painting the interior of our 3 story Davis Square condo, we cannot recommend them highly enough. We have owned multiple homes for 30+ years, and have a lot of experience with home renovation and painting projects. Level Five is by far one of the best teams we’ve had the pleasure to work with. Our interior project included repainting walls and trim in multiple furnished rooms: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 stairwells and halls, and the entire open floor plan living including built in cabinets - dining - kitchen area. The owner Jorge, supervisor Rodrigo, and on-site crew of 2 dedicated hard working painters Pedro and Chiego, were all highly professional, keeping us informed about the scope and timing of the job, protecting our furnishings, and working with us to timely address questions and scope changes that (inevitably) came up during the project. Because of his extensive experience and great reputation, Jorge referred us to a top notch design professional to help sort paint color choices (so many overwhelming options!), and even an HVAC guy to troubleshoot a pesky kitchen vent issue. We look forward to working with the Level Five Team on future projects.”

“We hired Tino's, Inc. to paint our house and restore the fascia and trim this summer, and I think that they did an excellent job. The estimate process was quick, and they took the time to explain many of the costs and considerations in their estimate. The estimated price was firmly in the middle of all quotes we received. In contrast to some other companies we considered, Tino's had a dedicated front office which was very responsive to questions and follow-ups via email, text, and phone. We were given a contract with prices to e-sign prior to placing down a deposit. It took a while after putting down the deposit to get a start date, but once the date was decided, the work was done quickly and professionally. The project manager was always in contact and explained the details of the process as the team progressed through the work. The project manager helped us with the paint selection, and there were several iterations of caulking, sanding, and cleaning between each coat of paint. We also received several emails from the front office explaining continuing steps as the work proceeded. The invoiced price was exactly the contract price plus some small additional tasks which we discussed during the project. I will definitely contact Tino's, Inc. for our future carpentry or painting projects.”

“I'll start by saying the work that Peter did for us was sheer perfection and the end result exceeded our expectations! We decided to renovate the kitchen in our 1902 farmhouse and rather than installing a ceramic tile floor we decided that a painted wood floor would be a better option for us. Finding a professional decorative painter was not easy but we were lucky to find Peter on Houzz and even luckier to discover that he was local. Peter recommended that we install Southern Yellow Pine that would work perfectly with the look we were going for while also complementing the flooring in adjacent the rooms. After the floor was installed, Peter provided painted samples, gladly modifying as we rethought color and treatment. Peter is a true artist from his initial prep work of chalking out the floor, to taping out the pattern, and applying the colors we selected. Watching him work was like witnessing the intersection of engineering and artistry. Our kitchen floor is truly a one-of-a-kind piece of artwork and we couldn’t be happier. Do not hesitate in hiring Peter…you won’t be disappointed!”
