MacFarland Painting INC

I am very happy with the completion of a very big project. The exterior of my house was power washed, had some wood repaired, caulked, and painted with precision and care. The crew of Greg and Kevin along with Isaiah and Kevin 2 did a very professional and complete job despite all the rainy days we have had this July. I could not be happier with the work they completed and would fully recommend MacFarland for any other projects either inside or out. Brad who came out and gave me a free estimate thoroughly explained what was needed and gave me the opportunity to choose some things that could be taken out of the estimate as necessary. The office staff was always anxious to help and very professional. I am very happy with the beautiful results. Thanks to all the hard workers of this company.

Pedro did a GREAT job painting our bathroom ceiling, walls, and all interior doors. He was very professional, personable, detailed oriented, and very organized. We will be calling Macfarland in the near future and requesting Pedro for our future painting work. Thank you

Our McFarland painting "crew" consisted of two--Stacey and Dakota. We were expecting more people but not to worry, these two young people exceeded our expectations! They were friendly, arrived on time, worked late when necessary and their work was outstanding. McFarland's was organized, communicated well, and the work was beautiful. With all the frustrations of redecorating, this was NOT one of them! Excellent work! Thank you McFarland's!

John the owner is good to deal with. He will make things right in case if there are any issues

I interviewed eight companies to paint my kitchen cabinets. I felt most comfortable using McFarland painting. The crew was excellent. There was one little snafu. John McFarland was right on top of the problem and made sure I was totally satisfied with the result.

Brad and his crew at MacFarland Painting were incredible. Totally professional and very reasonably priced. They literally transformed my house in one day!! I highly recommend them!!!!

I hired Macfarland Painting for an exterior paint job after receiving 6 other quotes. The reason I went with this company because of the detailed quote that was provided along with their credentials. However, I regret my decision based on several issues. First, the day the worker came to power wash my home I would learn that several obvious areas were missed during my initial quote and my new price would increase by $500. Though not happy I went ahead and agreed to the new price and work begin 2 days later (delayed due to rain). On the 2nd day I was informed that the shutters I wanted painted could not be due to the color that was selected. I decided that I would purchase new shutter so, the price was adjusted. The final issue I had is with the final outcome of my paint job. One the 3rd day of painting the painters "completed" my job but I was unaware until I received the final bill. At this point I contacted the company and was informed the job was complete. This is when I informed the receptionist that I was under the impression the workers would come back to touch up areas that were missed. The next day a worker came out to "correct" the area of concern but, basically told me it was a waste of time due to the condition of the wood trim. I could accept this if I was informed ahead of time that the condition of the wood would not allow for it to be painted. However, during my initial contact with this company I mentioned that I wanted all damaged wood replaced and all the wood trim painted along with the doors and shutters. I was also informed that the paint job would probably last approximately 3 years AFTER the job was completed. My whole issue with this company is I feel that if there was an issue discovered during the initial stages of you painting my home I should have been informed so that I could have made a decision how to move forward before the job was completed (I was told the areas of concern could be corrected to my satisfaction at a cost). Maybe if I was informed that the wood was not salvageable, I would have had it replace! But, of course not after the job is "complete", Needless to say I am very unhappy with the final product from this company and am going to be looking at having it redo in the Spring!

Macfarland painting by far is the most professional painting company that I have ever used. Their prices are competitive and the quality of work is awesome! I would highly recommend this company for any painting job!

Very professional crew, Mike the crew leader was exceptional. They painted my kitchen cabinets and they came out perfectly. Also painted multiple rooms in house, and they came out flawless.

Top notch customer service, neat and clean crews and great results. They started when they said they would, they finished when they said they would, and it cost as much as they said it would. I couldn't have been happier and refer them to everyone I know.

The MacFarland crew does a wonderful job communicating with my clients throughout the process! They are courteous and professional! Thanks for the good work!

There was mistype on my evaluation . The job was well done , courteous and punctual. I would refer the Mc Farland company to others . Didn't intend on giving nothing but a high score for the work done Estelle Flowers
