Typical Job Costs:

Budget depends on what exactly would need to be done. I have two ways of pricing. For murals, wallpaper and small painting jobs I change 30$/per hour with a three hour minimum but for large jobs I prefer to go see the work and take measurements and give a fixed price. It can range between 3$-5$/ sqft of the room depending on how many coats, ceilings mouldings, windows, etc..

I mostly work in the NDG, Westmount, Atwater, Hamstead, point st charles, little Burgundy, Griffin town, TMR, Outremont areas. PAINTING AND MAKING HOMES MORE BEAUTIFUL IS WHAT I LOVE TO DO so when I work in someone's home, I treat is as if it was my own. I take my time and use my skills to get the job done properly. I can either charge by the hour or give a fixed price depending on the work that needs to be done.
