Vicki and the team at New Chapter HI Services were excellent from the beginning of the project to the end. Romeo, the office manager was in constant communication with us from the very first call about an estimate. When the job had to be rescheduled because of the weather, Romeo informed us quickly and rescheduled right away. The written proposal was emailed and signed online. Most importantly, the work was top quality. The workmen were clean, respectful and fast. I would use their services again anytime. It is rare to meet businesses with this level of professionalism. I highly recommend New Chapter HI Services.
