New Life Painting

New Life Painting is awesome! There have been several homes in our development that had been painted by this company and each job, without exception, was wonderful. Their work is clean, distinct, very professional and impressive. One house, painted 3-4 years ago, looks TODAY as if it was painted last week! The painting company choice was clear. Our job was huge - a whole house painting - and involved a lot of wood repair, sanding, priming and an extensive power washing. Then, two coats of paint were applied everywhere. The crew was fast, efficient and thorough. The level of expertise and precision was way beyond expectations. The crew foreman, Juan and his assistant Christian, were awesome. They were attentive, constantly working, professional, helpful. Each day the foreman would meet with us and always asked if we had questions - which he would answer in all the detail you would want. He also explained mistakes past painters (and the builders) had made and showed how he and his crew fixed issues to help prevent future problems. As the company states, the crew indeed neatened up the area after every work day. And everything was spotless when the project was finished. Our 21-year old house (new in 2003) looks better now then it did when we first moved in! New Life Painting may not be the cheapest in the local market, but I believe they are the very best. And, as they say, you get what you pay for! Indeed we did!

Mike walked us through what we needed to know, answered our questions, and had a quote ready the next day. We chose New Life because of that professionalism and we weren't disappointed. Mike Garcia did a great job of walking us through the planning process. The painters, Adan and Raul, were meticulous. They were able to work around our schedules (and our dog) and still get the job done in a matter of days. The house looks fantastic!

We needed some interior painting done and chose New Life based on their rating and number of reviews. Their professionalism showed in every stage of the process. Traci was knowledgeable and on top of things from the start with help on any questions we had. Mike arrived promptly to hear our plans and give us an estimate. Juan followed up with us to choose colors, review details of the job and how soon they could schedule us in. We have employed New Life Painting on several occasions and are always pleased with the job they do. Traci is always there to help in any way needed and to answer all questions. New Life Painting just completed painting the exterior of our home (June 2023). We are extremely pleased and could not be more satisfied with the results. We went with New Life Painting to paint my house. They exceeded my expectations on quality and price. We are truly glad we selected them to paint my home. Kevin Sharp, Eric Osorio and Francisco Morghen all did fantastic work. We had damage to fascia boards and Kevin and Eric were able to repair the work.
