“They did an amazing job!! I can’t recommend them enough! They (sanded and prepped etc) painted our home and foundation and built stairs off our back deck, and then built a gate for the top of the stairs. They also stained the deck and did a lot of carpentry on the deck itself. On the house, they had to change many more shingles than they had planned and they also changed a lot of the wood trim to pvc. Everything looks brand new on our little old cape! Our paint before was literally peeling off. Not only did Eddie’s team work fast but they were professional and even suggested extra changes (he fixed up our front sidewalk for example, running to the store and buying cement and fixing it the same day he mentioned the idea to me). One day during this project Eddie saw my neighbor scrubbing the side of her house - she was on a ladder trying to clean some mildew off. He went over to her house with his power washer and showed her how to use it and insisted she borrow it until she was done. She felt so empowered and grateful that someone took the time to help her accomplish her task on her own without belittling her or judging her. He didn’t have to do that, but went out of his way to help someone. After all of this additional work, and even helping a neighbor, he never changed the quote we had agreed upon. I ended up giving him extra but not because he asked for it, (because he didn’t!) If you are having work done, you won’t regret trusting Eddie and his wife Alexis☺️”

“I bid out my exterior paint job to 3 firms, and I awarded it to BLC as they were right in the middle, but their contract covered all that I was worried about. BLC Painting to completely scraped and painted the exterior of my vintage Dutch Colonial. They showed up on time, cleaned up EVERY DAY and made sure that I knew exactly what was going to be accomplished on the timeline we agreed to. The crew was capable, respectful and extremely competent. The owner of BLC Painting was on site daily doing quality control. Our final walk through found a few missed items that were quickly taken care of. Because of their outstanding work, I then hired them to do interior freshening of the ceilings and trim. Once again they exceeded my expectations. I will be using them again as we continue to renovate our house.”
