We scheduled Serpaco Painting to paint 4 rooms before moving into our house in late March. The PM came by ahead of the schedule date to take measurements and provide an estimate. Once the crew started work, they were extremely neat and professional. They worked quickly, thoroughly and the rooms looked fabulous by the time they finished. Most importantly, we had them paint a coffered ceiling and the trim work that they did was outstanding. We are definitely booking them again next Spring to finish the rest of the house.

Services Provided: Painted a master bathroom I was extremely impressed by Chris and his team from Serpaco. From the initial estimate to the end of the job I could not have been happier with the work. Chris was extremely punctual for our estimate discussion and was very thorough. He responded promptly with an estimate and we were able to schedule the work quickly. When he and his team arrived to perform the work they were extremely thorough in covering the floors and protecting the walls and fixtures. Due to poor work from a prior contractor they had to come back the next afternoon (which was a Saturday) to finish. Rather than rush to finish the job – they worked late on Friday night and again on Saturday. They worked around my schedule to accommodate me which was very much appreciated. The paint looks fantastic and they were able to remedy of the issues left by the prior contractor. Chris and his team even suggested painting a few additional items – details that seem small but made a huge difference. The team cleaned up very thoroughly and left the house spotless. When I mentioned that I was having difficulty scheduling a pressure washing crew for the exterior of my house, Chris was able to refer a team that could help. They did a FANTASTIC job and even changed some exterior lights that I was not able to reach. Both the pressure washing and the lights were above and beyond what I could have asked for – and very much appreciated. I have dealt with several contractor over the past 6 months and Chris and his team were by far the best. They exceeded my expectations not only with the quality of their work but also by their attention to detail and their willingness to assist with other items which I’m sure are not a typical part of a painting job. It is clear to see that they take pride in the quality work they do – as they should. I highly recommend Serpaco and look forward to using them again. We've had a few painters over the years, and no one was as professional as Serpaco. They came and talked to us about what they would do for our exterior paint job. There were repairs that were needed and they proceeded to tell us their plan of action from repairs, to power washing, to prime and paint. Serpaco did exactly what they said they would, but went above and beyond by using better materials for the repairs than they originally told us, without charging us any additional from the quoted price. We had two other companies that we had quote this job. Neither of the other two were willing to do the repairs. Neither were willing to power wash using mold/mildew deterrent detergents. Neither were willing to do a proper two coat painting. The other two companies considered two coats going up with the brush of paint, and coming back down with the brush stroke as the second coat of paint. And both companies were extremely higher priced. One was actually double the price that Serpaco quoted. Serpaco guarantees their work from 2-5 years. Our was actually guaranteed for 5 years. There was no fading, no chipping, no nothing but a good quality paint job. We have been so pleased that we have recommended Serpaco to many people. Everyone who has used their services have been extremely pleased as we were. In fact, one family did a test paint job with Serpaco. They had had bad experiences before and just weren't sure if they could trust them. After their test project, they had Serpaco come back out and paint their entire house outside, and about 3/4 of their house inside. They are fast and accurate with their measuring. They are fast and professional with their paint job. They do not damage any outdoor plants etc. Their repairs are professionally done. Their consultation is free and very informative. They painted the outside of our house incluing shutters. Nick was a very pleasant guy with a lot of patience and good ideas. They were very punctual, not messy and performed an excellent job. They also replacee all the rotten siding wood .
