I also had no hesitation in entrusting her with the keys to the property so that she could have access when I wasn't there, and she picked them up from and returned them to the estate agents without any problems. The work was completed on time and on budget to a highly professional standard. Carron also offered invaluable advice on how to minimise damage to the walls during the tenancy by removing extraneous shelves that were causing undue pressure on the plaster. The walls had suffered some wear and tear over the last few years and she made good all cracks and imperfections before painting so that they looked like new after she had finished. “A genius with a paint brush! Top, top, top job done on decorating our hallway, stairs and landing and done so quickly and with such minimal disruption. Also did some other bits in other rooms we wanted done too. Was tempted to have a crack at it myself, but so glad I didn't now as there would of been no way I could of done this anywhere as good as Andrew and it would of taken me weeks!!
