LOVE the New Look of our home, which is a ranch with both an attached double garage and a detached large shop with double garage. In addition, there is shed which was painted. First of all, I spent a lot of time deciding on our exterior colors . . . and changed my mind several times along the way. Specified Coatings was very patient with me and never rushed my decision. Then, when the colors were applied, still gave me an option to change! I thought this was especially kind! The painting crew was meticulous in applying our paint by BRUSH. The colors were true to those in the brochures (I chose from the Southwestern options). The painters pointed out and replaced/repaired some rotten boards around a window and garage door they noted prior to painting. Specified Coatings also made sure to clean up at the end of each day. VERY professional to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone needing to paint their home.

I approached Terry with some wild ideas. He came into my home to find large swaths of intense color painted on my kitchen and bathroom walls. I wanted my bathroom wall painted blue ombre, and my failed attempts to create that effect were evident. There were several patches of "sunflower" (looked more marigold to me) all over the kitchen that I now wanted buttery yellow. He listened patiently, and gave me a realistic interpretation of my wild visions. Midway through the job, I told him I hated the color I had chosen in the bathroom. Again, he and Mike were very patient, and helped me find what I was looking for. They worked very quickly, and gave me an excellent price. In the end, I got a warm, airy kitchen in yellow, lavender and white. The turquoise color of the bathroom is so perfect, I no longer crave the ombre effect I had earlier envisioned. He even painted my front door the royal purple "crayon" color I had asked for. I couldn't be happier, and I can't wait to have them back when I decide what to do with the other rooms in my house!

Terry and Steve were AWESOME. They were very thorough and performed the work in an extremely efficient manner. The job entailed power washing the house, caulking where needed, and complete painting of the entire house - siding and trim. Repair/replacement of siding and soffit was needed in several spots, and the work was done such that it is indiscernible that it was even done. Their clean-up at the end of each day was very thorough and complete, with all materials and equipment removed and the house and surrounding areas completely clean. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Specified Coatings to anyone, assuring them of the highest quality of work with the most friendly and polite personnel imaginable. The finished job exceeded every expectation that we had for the work that was done.

Specified Coatings repainted the exterior of our house, including the trim and shutters, and changing the colors. Two coats of brush-applied paint came out great! They also refinished the varnished ceiling of our front porch making it look brand new. They took great care in protecting our plants and stained deck, too. We will be calling them back for interior painting soon!
