I had my cabinets painted and they look brand new. Kate was such a pleasure to work with and was impeccable with her technique and artistry. I was looking around for more projects for her to do! Great company to work with - they show up on time and constantly update you on their progress. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. The owner is very rude and unprofessional and does not have any etiquette to behave with clients. The only good thing we experienced his behavior before we paid the deposit. In fact that's probably why they even take a deposit, so that you're stuck with them. No other company asked for a deposit. Would not recommend this company to anyone!!

There had been miscommunication and misunderstanding regarding the timeframe and expectations by what was meant by a team/crew on our project. The PM did what he could to make it right but when we discussed the issue with the owner after the project was completed, he proceeded to talk to us as if we were the ones who had done something wrong. He never apologized for the misunderstanding or miscommunication, and went on to say that he gets irritated by customers who complain that projects take longer. He even admitted during the discussion that he's not "a friendly, compassionate or understanding business owner." Couldn't agree with him more on that and clearly he was missing the point around the miscommunication. Although the PM pulled in extra people to try and remedy it, the Owner still never apologized for any of it and even offered to "come over and strip the paint off of my cabinets." In the end, our cabinets are painted, and obviously it's the work by the painters that are saving this company. The Owner is rude, completely unprofessional and doesn't seem to understand customer service. We will not recommend this company to anyone we know.

They do an amazing job. The workers are super friendly and personable. They are on the higher end as far as price but the work warrants it.

Walls by Design was the perfect choice for us to update our kitchen cabinets. They did a great job! They were always on time, very courteous, great about cleaning up after each day and finished within the timeline that we agreed upon. The project manager checked in regularly to make sure project was on track. There were no hidden costs or fees. We felt the price was reasonable, big bang for your buck. Communication was excellent. I would highly recommend them and would use them on my next project :)!

Rough start but ended up doing a great job.... Kitchen cabinets look great!!!! Cheaper than new cabinets and you get the color you want...

I have been working with Walls by Design for almost 3 years now, photographing their projects. Nick and his team always do a phenomenal job and every client of theirs I meet is so happy with the end result. They are very well-respected in the Denver design community and are a pleasure to work with.

Overall the job looks good but we were frustrated with the amount of paint that got on things around the house. Even though they covered everything they still managed to get paint on trim, counters, carpet and furniture. They were quick to clean up anything we found but we didn't feel like it should have been there in the first place. They did offer to come back and clean or touch up anything we found after they left.

Nick and his crew are the utmost professionals and are perfectionists, which is all you can ask for! 5 stars and HIGHLY recommended!

Walls by Design is my go to painter for all my projects. Before they were recommended to me I had bounced around from painter to painter never really getting the quality, professionalism and value I've found with Walls by Design. Their attention to detail, desire to do the job right, ability to communicate effectively, and the general friendliness of the entire crew always makes working with them a pleasure. Whether it's painting one room or a 7,000 sf home, I know I can trust them to do it right, which frees me up from constantly monitoring the project.

We had a great experience with Nick at Walls By Design. We just bought a house and we had a tight timeframe to paint the entire house. Nick's crew was professional (wore the shoe covers), friendly and meticulously clean (huge bonus)! The work they performed was truly done by artists. They even came back after we moved for touch-ups. These guys are the real deal. We are customers for life!
