“We had 3 ceilings drywalled and a stairwell ceiling drywalled and then completely painted. Brian was the project leader in this job. He was excellent! Our home is very old (over 100 years) with many original features still intact. Brian was able to easily troubleshoot this old house and make it look amazing! He communicated with us daily and even came out on the weekend to in order to complete our project within the timeline quoted as our old house threw in some unforeseen challenges. “We hired Lauro Painting to paint the entire first floor of our home (6 rooms, including ceilings and foyer). Nick, the owner, and his crew were professional, courteous, and responsive during the entire process. Nick was thorough during the initial walk-through in our home to provide a quote. He asked plenty of questions, took pictures/notes from room to room, and gave us ample time to make inquiries and convey what we had in mind for the space. Most importantly, his quote was timely and reasonable, and the job was completed for the exact amount quoted. Nick was accessible and generous with his time and knowledge, in particular during the color selection process. He provided numerous color boards, made suggestions, and coordinated the order in which the walls would be painted so that we could see the colors as they were applied more broadly to the walls. This was invaluable because we ended up tweaking some of the colors with Nick's assistance after the first coat had been applied. Nick and his crew were punctual and respectful of us and our home. All floors and furniture were covered completely and at no point was there debris or mess. The paint job itself was excellent and included great attention to detail, including through cleanup and breakdown at the end of the job. They completed the job in the estimated timeframe (approximately 4 days), and Nick spent time with us at the end of the job to assure that we were satisfied.
