“From the design team to the ground crews and Ryan, the owner of Watlee Construction, all of his team members show an in-depth knowledge of the zoning, codes, and what you can dream up with your new home or renovation. Ryan is also intrinsically aware of the latest trends, as well as the most innovative products for building in this tough climate. For our family, Watlee Construction is taking a million dollar shell of a beach home, gutting it, and revamping it to become our new dream home. And we are doing it on a budget. We wanted to move the stairs in the home, so they brought in an architect to get it done. We wanted a bigger custom spa, and (snap) done, cabinets and design methods were selected in advance, and any changes made along the way were greeted with a solid answer of, "Yes that's possible," or "No, the structure/code doesn't allow for that." My schedule is busy and Ryan has personally met us on nights and weekends, to get the project moving. Watlee Construction did a previous project in 2012 in Stuart of converting my garage into a master bedroom with master bath, and everyone who sees it is impressed at the transformation. When we bought the new home, we had ideas of what we wanted to do, but now its becoming a reality. Who knew there's a indoor/outdoor two sided fireplace (wow!) or you can lift and stack all your water heaters and a/c's to make more floor space, or yes, you can even build a stairs and a cat door to the master suite, if that's what you desire. Without the guidance of the team from Watlee Construction, we would have had exactly what we asked for and nothing more. Ryan has an eye for what is next and better and can make you dream even bigger. Dream big and don't be afraid to trust in these local experts. We did and we are excited to move into our new Jupiter Beach home in June.”

“Villa's Remodeling is absolutely THE BEST! We were a completely inexperienced couple just trying to remodel our home and stretch our money as much as we can. We found them on Angie's list and hoped for the best. Little did we know that we were going to get the Crème Da La Crème of professionals! Dealing with John and his team was a blessing. Their level of professionalism was exquisite. John and his team not only helped us make our decisions but also educated us about each choice we had to make . They manage to do the job that I know would have taken an average "JOE" double the time and kept the communication open through the whole process. I have nothing negative to say about them. That being said we recommend these guys with our eyes closed and cannot wait until we have the opportunity to work in our home again with them. “We hired Johnny and Gigi to paint our entire household interior. They were extremely responsive, answered all our questions, and worked around our hectic schedule. They even worked around another contractor that was delayed and were super flexible. Because of their flexibility we were able to still move into our house on time. Most importantly, the outcome was simply spectacular! I searched hi and low and did not find any issues with their work product.
