“I have had them come out & do yearly checkups plus they had to redo a/c unit with dehumidifier. They are thoughtful & considerate of your carpeting, etc. They clean up their messes & are courteous. When they say they are coming out, they show up! Very professional company! McGowan's put in all the a/c units in our condo complex.”

“I’m praising Ray M Walker who arrived at my house early Monday morning to check out an emergency water overflow situation we had going on with our AC Unit due to an old duct system. He assessed the situation, explained what was causing the problem and showed me pictures of the problem areas. The ducts needed to be replaced. I quickly agreed. He and his assistant Kerry arrived early the next morning and efficiently, professionally and as unobtrusively as possible removed the old ducts, built new connection boxes and installed the new ducts. He even arranged the new ducts so there’s more open storage space in the small attic. I appreciated very much his thinking “outside the box”! I highly recommend their work. They left everything clean and tidy, came prepared and finished the job in 5 hours. No sluffing off. And.......they were very pleasant and easy to be with. Barbara Hill”
