“We interviewed 3 contractors for our flooring job, which required stitching in new wood into an existing hardwood floor and then refinishing the entire floor. During the interview process it became obvious that Kent's focus was on making sure that we got the exact result that we wanted. He created numerous samples with our wood for us to see and was patient as we went through the process. We ended up with a brand new European oil finish that was exactly what we wanted. It was so new that Kent had to pull strings to get the sample oil, and when we chose it he expedited delivery so we could stay on schedule. We also went with the high traffic protective coat because we have dogs. So far there is no sign of dog claw marks on the floor. The floor is amazing. Thanks.”
