“Fantastic! They just completed doing vinyl in my office over a cement slab that had many cracks, lumps and irregularities. I couldn't believe how meticulous they were in grinding it flat, leveling it and making it silky smooth before they did the install. Fair pricing, courteous service and incredible care! And....they did it all on off hours so I wouldn't have to interrupt my business. :-) Cool! We are lucky to have them in town.”

“Landry and Arcari have a limitless selection of carpets and rugs, a phenomenal show room in Boston. Jerry Acari and the Arcari Family are the dominant authority on everything rug. They bring to the table or in this case should we say "floor", endless knowledge and a love for what they do which comes through in their enthusiasm when discussing floor coverings. They have done some wonderful things for allot of people, their mentor ship and educating designers on the craft being one of them. Jerry has given us some great advice. “RPM is my home away from home. I shop for my self and I shop for clients here. Everyone who works at RPM is wonderful. I usually work with Betsy, but John and the rest are great, as well. You should see what they did for our pool surround with an indoor/outdoor carpet. People think it is stamped concrete, until they step on and and feel the softness and how it stays cool to the touch. Glued down, no seams, we have it now through 4 years of Cape Cod seasons. Just like new.”

“I've only ever gone to Bradford for the carpets in my homes, and I will use only Bradford in the future. We've had wall-to-wall carpets installed, stair runners installed, hallway runners installed, and purchased many different sized area rugs. The amount of options that Bradford has in store is overwhelming in a good way. If you can't find what you're looking for there, you won't find it. And even the value options are really great quality. The people who work at Bradford are super friendly and beyond knowledgeable about the products they sell. And I appreciate their honesty - they really listen to your needs and budget concerns, and they will find you exactly what you want without upselling you. I also appreciate the little things - like making scatter rugs out of the remnants for us as a gift. The installers have been prompt, friendly, and professional, and do an impeccable job. They measure twice, cut/staple once. Needless to say, I've never been anything but impressed and happy with the end result. They are a wonderful family business who treat their customers like family. I would highly and always suggest you check out Bradford, you won't be disappointed.”
