“Building with Keystone was fast, efficient, and we love our home! Through the sales process, Keystone maintained availability and answered all questions and concerns in a professional and positive manner. Our work vs play lifestyle was considered before making a recommendation on which home to move forward with. During construction, I was given weekly projections for the building schedule. Because of their attention to timely details, we settled on time! Settlement lasted 20 minutes, keys were given, and we began moving into our beautiful home within the hour. “I am an interior designer that has worked on several of Toll Brothers higher end homes in Irvine and Yorba Linda. In my dealings with the properties, they are well built. With many new homes, especially flipped homes, I always run into quirks, imperfections etc. and that has never been the case on these homes. Some of their homes have great floorplan layouts, and some not so great, but that is just my opinion. I guess there is a plan for everyone. Great builder!”
