“They designed and installed an elliptical patio with a fire pit. The took great care to protect existing landscape of myself and neighbors. No small feat with the amount of heavy rock and concrete they moved. Clean up was outstanding at the end of each work day. One neighbor has already hired them,another says he is going to, and a third is really disappointed in the results of the other company he chose.”

“I would definitely recommend Mike Ciarrochi and Armond Aquatech. I have done numerous construction projects at my home over the last twelve years and have been fortunate to have worked with a phenomenal general contractor who really set some high standards. Knowing my standards and expectations, my contractor recommended Armond Aquatech to build our pool. Building our pool was one of the smoothest projects I have ever been through, which would not have been expected as my general contractor was onsite at the same time building the pool house while Armond was constructing the pool. Armond and my contractor were able to work seamlessly together to get the project done. Armond Aquatech started the project on time. Mike was on site just about every day of the pool construction to make sure that all elements of the construction were handled appropriately. If there was a problem during construction, he personally addressed it. Our pool project was not an easy one given the terrain of our yard, and Armond was able to have the pool completed on time despite these obstacles. We were swimming by Memorial Day having started construction in only March. Mike was able to coordinate not only the pool construction, but also our fence installation. He also assisted with the construction of a river boulder retaining wall for the back side of our pool-all of which turned out terrific. When I am looking to hire a contractor, I expect someone who is reliable (shows up on time and on a consistent basis), trustworthy, does good work and stands behind their work, keeps the jobsite clean and has employees onsite who adhere to these same standards. I felt that Armond met all of these qualities and I would not hesitate having them do more work at my home or recommending them to others. While they may be slightly more expansive, having done so much construction at my house, I truly believe that you get what you pay for and that this slight increase in cost is worth every penny.”

“I had a pool built by Monogram. I was nervous about having a pool done as relatives had relayed nightmare stories about having a pool built. Let me tell you the process went extremely smooth and we were very happy with the process. The owner was readily available to answer any questions and was quick to respond. Even a year after the pool was built he was happy to help me with any problems and answer any questions. If you are going to be building a pool I would not even think twice about using another builder. As a bonus his prices are in line with other builders.”

“We contracted with Keystone Custom Decks to build a porch onto the back of our home. We interviewed a few companies but Keystone blew us away with their creativity, presentation, and professionalism.......and to top it off, they had the best price! This family operated company was extremely reliable, hard working, and very dedicated to producing the perfect addition to our house. Additionally, they were very respectful and professional throughout the entire process. Now we have a beautiful, solid, quality porch and we couldn't be happier! “Location: S. of Pittsburgh, PA. Services: remove old driveway/stone wall/ move some existing landscape/ remove and install new drain pipe. Install geotextile fabric, crushed stone and pavers in enlarged driveway/wall, modified staircase/ walkway with better design to eliminate slope and improve overall appearance to front of home. This is the 2nd project done by this company, and the 1st was also equally rewarding. Communication: generally excellent. Other companies could learn a great deal from the owners of this company re: dealing with customers. Highly recommend this company/owners. Employees work oriented, respectful, prompt, courteous. They cleaned up the work area, daily, and the job supervisor kept us informed of the work as it progressed. Company demonstrates phenomenal attention to detail, and in making customer happy/meeting customers' needs. Design services available to diverse income brackets. Owner met as needed with customers, to gather their input/ wants/design ideas and to communicate specifics related to job. Very timely delivery of services.
