“Allen, designed this retaining wall for our home in North Hill. He also secured the approval from the Architectural Review Board. Alan has also designed our outdoor patio area, but his first job was to design a beautiful 2 story garage! We would definitely recommend Allen for your design needs!”

“James and his son are very friendly and trustworthy. He has been working in the area for over 30 years and told me he worked with the builder that built my home in 1978! We found him on Angie's List and he had great reviews. He was the only person that provided me with a written quote of service and pretty much the only one that seemed willing and capable of taking on the task. Some of the other contractors in this area of the panhandle only deal with "million-dollar homes" and others seem to run contracting as a side-business (less focused). You can tell James like to work and he worked with us to get the job done even a few days faster than he estimated. The cost was agreeable and no additional costs were incurred. He stuck to the price, the timeline and his word. These are some of the projects he knocked out for us in less than a month. 1. Removed popcorn ceilings/retexture (1600 sq ft home) 2. Removed 3 walls and installed beam in attic which opened up dining room to kitchen and front door area. Relocated electrical outlets/light switches 3. Relocated and Installed new Eco/hybrid-water heater 4. Installed 3 ceiling fans/kitchen lighting/dining lighting 5. Installed new wood fence around back yard (at least 130 foot) and took down a few trees to make room.”

“After interviewing three builders, I contracted with Fine Home Building because of their proven track record of renovating older homes - my home is 114 years old. FHB did an outstanding job, executing a full renovation including new additions to the house to accommodate a redesigned and enlarged kitchen, new master bath, office and laundry room as well an s a new screen porch. As a side note, the entire backside of the kitchen opens to the screen porch through magnificent mahogany doors that FHB manufactured - they are a work of art. The extensive remodel/renovation was completed while my wife and I were living in Germany, meaning this project was completed with very little oversight from the owners. The highest praise I can give FHB’s owner, Tom Bierster, he is an honorable man, always standing by the quality of his work – and always good for his word. This single attribute led to the successful renovation of our new home. I recommend FHB without reservation.”

This says that we are satisfied customers and that Bob Edwards Building and Design is a longstanding professional. Bob is just as attentive to small remodeling jobs as he is to major renovations. He works within your budget and communicates with you every step of the way. He also has excellent suggestions that enhance the finished product. Remodeling always has unexpected hidden surprises but Bob and his amazing foreman James Merry step up to remedy any problems that may arise. The quality of work is top notch and I will continue to use this company for my next project.”

“When we decided to build our dream home on the beach , we interviewed several builders over a years time . Chad Loper was by far the most knowledgable, friendly, organized and dedicated of them all. We put our dream into his hands and he created a masterpiece beyond our expectations. He has spent his entire life in the business and his crews were capable of anything we requested. Whenever there was an issue Chad was ready to make it right. It was a pleasure to work with the girls in his office . They were on point when it came to correspondence & follow ups. Chads extensive knowledge of the area helped us tremdously. We would like to think he's more than just our builder but a friend now . We wouldn't trust anyone else with our investment .”

“My wife and I chose Chason to build our house about 2 years ago. It was the first time we had ever built a house from "scratch" and were, naturally, nervous and excited! We both had heard "horror stories" from friends over the years about building / stress / cost over runs / etc. I have to say 1st - I hope I never move again! Because we love our house! 2nd - If we did, I would choose Chason all over again! He was consistently in communication with us through the entire process. He made sure his subs followed though on their commitments! We finished on-time and on-budget! Woo hoo!”
