Had our property pulled up on maps with the amount of land we had & was very clear on how they'd treat (including details on going under deck, etc). They don't require you to be home, which is convenient - but do leave a door tag so that you know when they're complete & takes immediate effect. They guarantee their products, so in one case we found that we needed another treatment, and they explained some of the potential reasons & sent somebody out the next day, no cost. I was very stressed by the time I found terminators Pest Management. Alter my phone conversation with shirley it was like she was in my head she spent the Time on the phone answering every question I had and calmed me down. She sent me Jerry and Lisa and these guys were amazing they did a walk through with me and not only the office staff are educated but these guys were very informative and during the inspection he did find the bedbugs which is a headache but I felt a relief that I was not going crazy.
