First day ignore my sign that says do not solicit! Then I give them a chance! Product did not work! Had to call back numerous of times to have them service my house! Still bugs all summer long of 2018! Inside and outside my house! Tried to cancel because they didn’t have a mosquito spray! Now they want to charge me $185 to cancel!!! What a joke this place is

They were just here after us not confirming the appt since we were going to cancel since we are still battling ants from time to time. When we call them, they just move our 3mth appt up a week or two nothing else. Needless to say, we are now getting charged for this treatment when we: A) Never confirmed the appointment B) Never rang the doorbell so we could decline treatment, we work from home and also have 3 dogs...we would have known if someone knocked! This is the first time that they have not knocked/ rung the doorbell in a year!! C) The guy could not get in the backyard without us, between gates and dogs going in and out and by the law, but yet we are paying for the full treatment amount that we did not want D) Never signed off on anything All in all, not only did we NOT want them to come, but we also now get to pay for a full treatment that we did not receive. Only one spot of the house was wet, rest of the concrete was completely DRY AS A BONE!
