This company is absolutely horrible. Don't ever do business with them! If I could give this company negative stars I would. About 5 months ago, I spent hours trying to find a check # because they did not do proper billing procedures. Then today I called because I never got a renewal notices of my warranty. The women, Jill, was hostile, rude and did not do one thing to address my reservations. Instead she blamed third party - the postal office and said I called her a liar. Then her husband, Glen, called me as I requested and was even worse. It is all well and good to protect your wife but this is a company and when your wife was incorrect and the way you do business is to blame a customer, something is wrong with that. Fine, explain what happened but I don't know maybe I am the crazy one but try something called customer service instead of blaming me about how it is my fault that the incident happened. In 2016, I realized that I did not pay my yearly warranty renewal so I called and explained that the paperwork got piled under a bunch of other stuff and asked if I could still pay. So when I sent in a check I sent it in for 2 years trying to be cooperative given that I was late the payment the year before by accident. Well Glen made that my fault stating, "well maybe if you paid on time, how about that". Not even knowing the circumstances because it is clear this company has no clue what is going on. He would not let me speak, spoke over me, has no care about his customers and would rather in his mind be right. Further, 2 months ago when this was resolved why wasn't it resolved correctly. So in short this company has blamed the customer, the postal service but not once taken an ounce of responsibility or even tried to make the customer feel better about it and instead made threatening statements about keeping me as a customer. Who in the world would want to do business with a company that treats customers like that and in addition thinks they are doing them a favor. This is a business that a payment is made for services, that is not a favor and your customers should be treated better. Lastly, the conversation ended with him yelling don't ever call here again. BE WARNED THIS IS A BAD COMPANY, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
