Tracy was very helpful in helping me make exterior color and detail decisions! I’ve worked with Tracy on multiple properties. She is experienced, knowledgeable and passionate about design. She takes my ideas and makes them better. She works quickly, develops her enhanced vision with million dollar ideas but is aware of budgetary constraints and is able to work within those parameters without compromising quality. She is easy to work with both with me and in a larger development with subcontractors, which is important. Her great eye for detail identifies issues that might arise from the development and she provides pragmatic and dollar saving solutions. I highly recommend Tracy for any job large or small. She is great at collaboration to realize a design vision while being respectful of owner goals and financial investment.
