Chicagoland Flooring sent a NWFA Certified Inspector to review problems with my hardwood floors. The inspector provided me with honest flooring evaluation. However, even more important, Darek Zukowski gave me practical tips about fixing floors without complete removal. The remediation provided by the inspector worked wonderfully with minimum cost and my floors are OK now more than year after." I can't rave enough about Darek! I have recommended his expertise to others. It pays to hire a professional.

Highly recommended. These guys really know hardwood flooring. They gave a fair price, completed the job in exactly the time proposed, and followed through on all the little details. The floors look amazing, and they did an especially outstanding job recommending and implementing a fix for some baseboard issues in our kitchen.

I had a very quick turn-around to have a hardwood floor installed, so I needed someone that I could completely trust. Chicagoland Flooring came highly recommended from a good friend who has had her share of contractors, and not to mention is extremely picky. I was happy to have been referred to Chicagoland Flooring whom I found to be very professional with proper industry certifications to back their experience. Further, everything was exactly as contracted with timely communication and consistent updates during the job process. The constant communication was especially important as my wife and I did not live at home during the work, and we were out of town for most of it. Further, the fee was fair and did not change (e.g, they did not encounter "problems" that would cost more). The results are excellent and we are very satisfied. It's not only our opinion - many others have also complimented the quality of work. We fully recommend Chicagoland Flooring.

We recently remodeled our apartment and decided to match and blend colors of all hardwood floors together. The project manager Eric was very friendly but at the same time professional. The entire process took five days, and Chicagoland crew was very clean. I was concerned about dust but they kept it under control. The stain color came out great. We are very happy with how our floors turned out and would definitely hire Chicagoland Flooring again.

We had problems with our recently installed and refinished hardwood floors. They were uneven with cupping and our installer was not able to help us. Upon recommendation from National Wood Flooring Association (www.woodfloors.org) we contacted Chicagoland Flooring Inspection services. I was at once impressed by professional knowledge of their flooring inspector and I scheduled site consultation visit. (If your problem is really serious they can also provide certified flooring reports) It was money well spent as I got explanation of my flooring issues and recommended remediation solutions without complete flooring replacement. Fully recommended if you have any flooring problems or issues.

I called a few flooring companies but only Chicagoland Flooring responded quickly. A Certified Professional came out on Thursday, evaluated our flooring concerns with broken boards and squeaks. Repair job was then scheduled and completed on Friday. Replacement of the flooring board was done without refinishing of surrounding area, but it is barely noticeable. They helped silence some of the squeaking of the floor, with their special custom approach. They were a pleasure to work with. We definitely would use them again.

Thank you for putting the final touch to my home. I am now ready for the holidays. Chicagoland was very professional. The manager took time to review all the different options before I decided to install new white oak in my house. They were on time and very clean. My new floors look so nice.
