“We had Alpine come out to refinish our hardwood floors in our master bathroom. They did a beautiful job. After 2 years though we did have an issue with the finish. Mike sent his team back out to refinish them again at no charge! Apparently there may have been a quality issue with that finish batch used. Mike did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied. Great to see a company stand by their work!”

“I hired Roma to install hardwood flooring in the second floor of my townhouse. There was no pressure during the estimate/sales process. Their price was very competitive and they were very professional. They did a great job of protecting my belongings and the other parts of my home from the dust and dirt during installation and did a great job cleaning up when the job was completed! They followed up with me a week later to see if we were satisfied and brought is some free cleaning product to care for our new beautiful hardwood floors! But most of all, we really appreciated Bryan's patience, knowledge and guidance, since this process can be overwhelming due to the breadth of choices. He was very helpful in presenting options that would fit our needs and budget and allowed us time and space to consider various options. It was a very comfortable, unrushed and low-stress browsing and shopping experience. The hardwood section is extensive, and he was flexible with proposed installation dates.
