When it comes to photographers, all photographers are not the same. Many people who say they are professionals will come to the property and take descent photos of the property, but it really isn't anything more than what you could shoot on your own. When I first met with Michael Andrew it was quickly obvious that he was different. Before even coming to the property he called to confirm the direction that the house faced so that he could plan for the position of the sun for the best photo opportunity. This was the first time that we have had a photographer that cared enough to schedule the appointment for the best results, and not just a time that best fit their schedule. As Michael Andrew worked his way through the home taking pictures I could tell that he does much more than just snap photos. He has a true artistic eye that allows him to make the most out of every shot. A couple times he would shoot the same shot at least 10 times to ensure the lighting was perfect. He is a true perfectionist. While his photos were excellent, he doesn't stop there. He edited the photos to add light to light bulbs that were not working and even removed messy TV cables out of the pictures. As a REALTORS it is nice to know that when we call Michael Andrew he will do everything that he can to ensure that the property looks AMAZING in every photo!
