I highly recommend Gretchen... and I am very particular as to whom I use for my photographs. She not only takes great pictures, but she is super particular. If there is something that doesn't look right, rather than just take the picture, like many photographers do, she will first make adjustments (she's actually put light bulbs in lamps, re arranged flowers and adjusted furniture - and then put it back the way she found it) to make sure that the picture comes out perfect. She definitely goes the extra mile to make sure that the client is happy. I'm a Realtor and use her all the time for my photos. She's great!!

Hello, I have known Gretchen for 4 years. She began in the real estate business as a highly organized and focused admin. She began taking photos during that time for a few realtors but has now blossomed. I have used Gretchen for any new listing I have had over the past 6 months and she is timely in getting them to me, her videos are great and the photos and angles are perfect. She is prompt and her communication is timely. There are times due to the weather and delay of a listing that Gretchen will take the initiative to photo the house while there are no leaves for fall listings in the front lawn and then go back a few weeks later to do the interior, as long as it is still the same season. Gretchen will also make sure that the comforters are straight, the curtains are straight and may even move a plant or accent piece to where it would photograph better.
