We hired MojakDesigns to take photographs of our house for the purpose of selling it. We decided to sell our house By Owner and knew that the quality of the photography would play a key role in successfully marketing it online. The price for the basic package was very reasonable and the photographer was very flexible in arranging the time for the shoot. We received a list of useful preparation instructions prior to the shoot. He spent a few hours taking numerous photos. The result was beyond our expectations. The photos were very well done and we uploaded them immediately. The results speak for themselves. We held an open house within a week and was flooded with prospects leading to a contract the very next day. We attribute our success in large part on the high quality photos.
