An excellent eye for the subjects combined with a full understanding of the target markets. A selection of shots is provided to allow for variety and a certain amount of discrimination. There is also a clear comprehension of the rules and regulations of multiple listing services and the various entities that disseminate the information making use of the photos - as well as management of them - easy and a pure joy.

Stylish Detroit has been my "go to" real estate photography and virtual tour provider for two years now. Andy Schwartz, the lead photographer, has done an excellent job highlighting my clients' homes with his masterful manipulation of light. A big knock against a lot of real estate photography, in my opinion, is an over usage of HDR to make the photos "pop" more. Andy uses HDR, but not to the point of the image being cartoonish. His use of HDR simply goes to the point of balancing out the highlights and the shadows to show a wonderfully clear, crisp image of my clients' homes.
