We are the last word of fine quality baking - we are Zomick's Kosher Bakery! Here at Zomick's bakery, we know that master baking does not come easy, that it requires a lot of time and sacrifice, a lot of time and ingenuity in experimentation, so you may come up with a fine recipe. And that is what we sacrificed... we sacrificed it all!. So now, we own our very own challah recipe for the Zomick's bread which brings us the glory in this bakers world. We have kept this recipe unaltered since 1966, our foundation. We started as a family business in New York and then quickly grew our first imaginary boundaries. After that we have set some high standards, improved our tools and machines, and brought experienced bakers in our business. As mentioned earlier - our Zomick's challah recipe is our most sacred weapon. With it we were able to make the most known kosher food - the Zomick's challah bread.
