He diplomatically and very patiently advised us when we made many changing decisions about the shape and cuts and edging we wanted for the island. He then made us an irresistible offer to use a complementary granite for the rest of our kitchen counters instead of the planned laminate. His crew transported the finished stone pieces for 40+ miles over rugged dirt mountain roads to our home far outside the metro area.
