“David and his crew were excellent! They were on time all the time, actually perform the job and kept me abreast of each stage. I had a time limit for my kitchen and bathroom remodel and all were completely finished a day ahead of the schedule. The work was professionally done and the outcome is so beautiful. The only downside was the cost. It was quite expensive but I was happy with the result! Will definitely recommend Houston remodeling contractors to anyone wishing to get their services.”

He repaired our ceiling in our entry way due to leaky pipes by sheet rocking and painting the area. He also found a tiny leak in our roof that no one was able to detect. “For a long time, I wanted to remodel my kitchen and add on a breakfast room. After much research, I hired Unique Builders & Development Inc. From day one, upon meeting Steve, he was completely professional and showed a passion to make my dream kitchen a reality. Steve and his team gave us the incredible experience of watching our dream kitchen emerge from conception to reality. It was an enjoyable experience and no worries about quality, integrity, and honesty…it was there at all times. Their new and creative ideas made our kitchen truly incomparable to any other. “Jeff and his team were wonderful to work with. We love that the home is energy efficient and overall we had a great experience with Sonderfan. The project stayed on track despite difficulty arising from our bank not funding draws on time and Hurricane Harvey, Jeff didn't miss a beat. The craftsmanship far exceeded our expectations. We made several changes along the way and Jeff catered to our needs without breaking the bank. We would use Sonderfan again.”

“My repairs consisted of many projects first was repairing cracked foundation due to my neighbor running into my garage along with repairing hardyplank and replacing my fence then fixing inside my garage that also was damaged then they did some outside cosmetic work painting etc the job turned out so nice I had them work on the inside of my house replace a toilet fix my ceiling where my roof leaked some more painting redid the floors in both bathrooms and also replaced the carpet in bedrooms Heather help and picked out the carpet and floors and the colors she picked out were perfect I can’t even begin to tell ya’ll what a wonderful job they did they’re very professional showed up on time and so very friendly I highly recommended Amoraz for whatever your project may be Thanks again Heather”
