“Archadeck of Suburban Boston is a superior design-build construction company. They designed and built an upper deck 10'x25' with a 15' bridge from the deck to the upper yard behind our house. Their design met with all local building codes, complimented exquisitely well the existing structure, architecture, and colors of this 100+ year old house. The composite materials they selected met our requirements for sustainability, low maintenance, long life, warranty, beauty, function, cost. The finished construction compliments the character of our house and blends with our rocky cliff terrain while adding to the value of our outdoor living space and the value of our home. The team, architect, project manager, and carpenter, are experienced true craftsmen who care about their client and what they produce. They ensure that all services needed for them to complete excellent work in a timely way are in place. I will hire them again for our next project.”

“Andre and team did a fantastic job at my house. They worked on several projects: Rebuilding an old stone wall (and included stairs in the middle), rebuilding stone entrances to mudroom and front stairs, and re-mortaring a bluestone top on a back patio. One of the masons on the job was meticulous in his measurements, making sure to get everything just right. Highly recommend this company.”

“I am 100% satisfied with my new deck built by Creative Remodeling Design. John Parent came when he said he would, performed as planned and kept me informed at every step in the process. He is a perfectionist and his work is outstanding and reasonably priced. He and his workers were very respectful to us and our property. “Removal of a large pine tree and stump gave us the opportunity to expand and reconfigure the front entrance deck and steps into our house. My son and I are competent with the carpentry but did not have the time, skills or prowess to dig footings or pour pads. In addition, there were other possible timing issues so I was looking for someone who might be willing to do some aspects of the project but not necessarily all. Matt and Connor of Creative Spaces were recommended to me by a neighbor. I called and Matt came over the next day. We discussed the project and Matt came back the following day with a quote for (1) piers and pad, (2) ledger board, (3) deck structure (without decking), and (4) the complete project. Not all companies are willing to take on only part of a project – it’s all or nothing. Based on costs and other factors, we elected to go with (1) and (2) from Creative Spaces and do the rest on our own. As a small (two-day) project, they were able to schedule it quickly and showed up as agreed. The work went smoothly. The workmanship was excellent and professional. Matt and Connor were a pleasure to have around and even provided helpful advice on aspects of the project they weren’t doing. I have no reservation recommending Matt and Connor of Creative Spaces!”

“Ethan's range of craftmanship talents are impressive. We've purchased an outdoor custom table he built & hired him for indoor finish woodwork in a few different capacities. Our biggest regret in not owning a house with a yard (we live in a city) is that we can't hire him to practice his amazing landscape architecture skills. One only needs to peruse his website to understand why he is the Steve Jobs of his craft. Truly.”

“We love our new sun porch-Bob Goodard was the sales guy who assisted us every inch of the way-he answered all of our questions, went above and beyond the scope of the project to make sure everything was done correctly. The folks who did the work were outstanding, clean and professional. I received updates from Anna on a regular basis and continually made sure we understood the process and the permits that were need for our project-can't say enough about the the company.”

“Susan and Daniel were wonderful to work with. Susan creatively designed a fabulous deck to fit our space, and gave us various material options to customize it to fit our needs. She incorporated built-in benches, and other touches that we never would have thought of, increasing the functionality of our deck tremendously. It has become a favorite gathering spot for our family. Throughout the entire process, all permits and details were handled by the Lee's, and all we had to do was enjoy our new deck. The project stayed right on budget, and the Lee's' skills and knowledge were apparent. This was our second project with them, as they also remodeled our front stairs and created a front sitting porch for us as well. They are wonderful and I could not recommend them more highly!”

“Eric and his team did a fine job on our new deck. It was a bit more expensive than I had anticipated, but Azek is what I wanted, even if it is over-priced. I will return later and post a couple photos. Carnazzo has a long wait time right now, but its worth waiting to find a company that won't mess up the job.”
