Referred to Accuflo by Urban Blueprint. They did all the plumbing of our completely gutted Riverdale home. The two people who did the work were professional, efficient, knowledgeable and on time -- and it was easy to remember their names because they're both called Victor.

I found it difficult to communicate with Victor. The plumber came, told me I needed a new part and he would have to order it. They didn't tell me how long I would have to wait. 5 days passed and I had to follow up before hearing back from him another day later. He asked for payment before the job was complete, but didn't set up the installation appointment. Another 8 days and 4 texts from me later, the plumber came back. After the repair, the tub faucet was no longer leaking from behind the faucet but it was dripping, a problem that began after the plumber came. Victor said it was not possible that the dripping occurred after the plumber's visit and that the two were not connected. So I asked for a quote to fix the drip and he never got back to me except to ask me to pay. I had to ask him twice for the invoice. Just too much hassle and unsatisfactory results for $400.
