Highly recommend. Very accommodating and polite. After having an unsuccessful service call from one of the larger plumbing companies, I called Burr Oak who were willing to come out in the dark to solve my plugged toilet. I suggest that he wait until the next day which was a Saturday to look at my issue. He was here promptly at the given time without a 2-4 hour window. He was able to solve my problem and charged me a fair rate. He cleaned up his mess completely not like the previous company. I have torn up my other plumbers phone numbers and will now only use Burr Oak!!! Thank you.

I had a leak somewhere in my plumbing for my claw foot tub. Pete got in touch with me in a very short time. He was polite, knowleable and flexible regarding scheduling. He showed up on time and with all the tools he needed. Once he assessed the situation he gave me a very reasonable quote. Pete does quality work and is an honest businessman.
