About Us

James K Hafke Plumbing & Mechanical is a state licensed and insured plumbing contractor. The owner is a third generation plumbing contractor originating in Detroit, Michigan in the late 1800's with his grandfather. A Masters plumbing license in both Florida and Michigan is held by the owner. He has been a plumbing contractor for a combined time of well over 35 years. With over 15 years serving Sarasota County a new partnership has been formed and we are now serving Pinellas County

Grant and his apprentice did a great job replacing our tankless water heater that was damaged by Duke Energy’s power issue. Fast and efficient, friendly and professional. Will use them again and highly recommend them.

Roman was very professional and helpful in repairing my bathroom leak efficiently without adding any unnecessary charges. I use Hafke plumbing whenever I have plumbing issues on my homes and have been very pleased with their work and costs.

Took almost $2,000 of my money for a bad repipe job that had to be ripped out and professionally re done by another plumbing firm. Took my $500.00 on "warranty" work and there are no pipes to warranty. Owner does not have the respect to respond and instead chooses to ignore a certified letter to try to resolve this poor workmanship job. Off to small claims court. They took the money and ran.

Excellent, professional service. Was able to schedule right away and received messaging to keep me informed when tech was arriving. The technician was courteous and polite, and did an outstanding job including nice job if cleaning up. I've used them before and have always been pleased.

This company is excellent both in the work they do and customer service. I had a problem and they were gracious to come back out. The Supervisor listened to my concern and explained to me in detail .Turns out no problem and they have gone above and beyond to assure not only my satisfaction but earned my trust. They were so kind.considerate, and understanding.

They came and snaked a drain for me that's been giving me issues for a while . They put a camera in the line to show me that the pipe was broken from roots and the pipe was old orange pipe . Long story short we are scheduled to replace the entire pipe with them next week . Definitely Experts at what they do .

After Getting multiple Estimate I chose James Hafke Plumbers , they sent a guy out who really went above and beyond for a free estimate and didn't get pushy to sell me on anything . He had pictures orb. A similar job and the estimate was much more reasonable that the other companies . Austin was a very solid plumber and a great employee !
