FAMILY OWNED & TRUSTED SINCE 1973 Kelly Plumbing & Heating was founded in 1973, byJohn Kelly in the Summit-University neighborhood of St. Paul, Minnesota. After building a strong reputation for high quality service and trust in 1989 John asked his most trusted and dedicated employee, Phil Skoog to purchase the business. From 1990-2022, Phil Skoog led Kelly as a community member and partner for plumbing services to most of the homes in the historic neighborhoods of St. Paul and Minneapolis.
