Dustin did a very professional & courteous installation of a new energy-efficient water heater. He answered all my questions about the water heater & also some sink supply line valves I had replaced as well...even had a solution for a faulty valve stem that a fixture manufacturer sent me.

Returned from vacation to find my hot water tank had exploded, days before. Got 4 quotes, all over $4000 to replace my odd-sized hot water tank. Finally called Mackin & Sons Plumbing and had it replaced for under $1200!!! Professional, on time, clean, easy to understand, and great price. They even made a "house" for my grandbunnies out of the water tank box (with windows and doors). I have, since then, had them return to fix 2 toilets and replace my garbage disposal. And I still like them! LOL
