New Mexico's Route 66 Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

Provider was scheduled on two different days for two different services (I didn't realize it was same company; one was a Living Social deal, one was Angie's List deal). The technician caught on right away and did both services at the same time (yeah me! we're between two houses and it was one less appointment!) Services provided were water heater flushes (two) and hose bib replacement (one).

Mr. Finch had offered an Angie's List Deal to drain water heater and check all faucets and toilets in house. I bought the deal and he was very professional over the phone. We set an apponitment and he called before he came, arrived on time and explained everything he was doing as he drained the hot water heater. He did not try to sell me anything and did not use scare tactics to get me to agree to any additional work. He was friendly and knew what he was doing.
