They were there to find a clog and they were relentless in their search to find the problem. They fixed it once but were honest about the fact that it could clog again and told us what they thought could be causing the blockage. When it happened again months later they were here that day even though they had to come in the early evening. They determined the problem and realized it was a bigger job than they could tackle. They explained it would cost more to have them do the job because they didn't own the equipment needed so they brought in other competent professionals who could replace the pipe and save us money. They had to replaced a collapsed sewer line. What I especially liked about Tony and Curtis was their honesty. They also told us upfront what everything they did was going to cost and did not charge us more. They actually answered their cell phones during the day and returned calls promptly. I can certainly say that they are true professionals.
