BEWARE OF THIS FIRM! Yesterday, right after they had finished a small job for us, they took information from a company credit card we had given them a month ago for a different job, to charge us for the new job, without getting our permission to use that card again, and before we could even review the work to be sure the work was done right and to specifications. They have refused to reverse the card charge and insist they "always do it this way". They have lost our business and if you're smart you will also steer clear of them.

I have used Simeone for a few projects: they installed a sewer ejector pump when I added a washing machine to the garage. They also installed a tankless water heater. Their work was professional, staff was courteous and considerate, and they stand behind their work. Seven years later, the pump and heater are still working well.
