“I used Connell Plumbing on two different occasions; one to put in a new toilet and the other to move a gas line. In both cases the job was done quickly and cleanly. Also, for the toilet there was a 1 year service promise. James came to my house quickly when I asked him to fix the seat, which had skewed to the side. He fixed it, showed me how to do it also, and wasn't in the least annoyed that I had asked him to come out for such a minor thing. “We had 24/7 Plumbing for help with flood prevention and they were awesome! Before we were experiencing repeated flooding in our basement. Our last plumber kept adjusting drain pipes and didn't really seem like he knew what was going on. After telling us it was fixed numerous times only to have back up in our basement over and over. Finally we had enough and called 24/7. They came out and inspected our home's elevation and gave us several different options to choose from and explained the difference in protection and price points each one offered. After agreeing on a flood control device, they installed it and after the last heavy rain a few of our neighbors backed up and to our surprise our house was completely dry. We will definitely continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs.”
