Because of the shelter in place order, Steve conducted a diagnostic session with me using Zoom. Using this technology, Steve was able to diagnose the problem, and talk me through the steps to fix the issue in a live session! “We have used James Brown Plumbing , Heating and AC for the last 12 years. They did all of the heating and plumbing for a mudroom, laundry and garage addition in 2005 and we have used them for all of our repairs since that time. They are honest, reasonably priced and always come when called in heating or air conditioning emergencies. We were having a graduation party for our daughter on a very hot Saturday and Jim himself came and fixed our air conditioner so that our guests would not suffer in the heat.”
