“My wife and I are new to the Portsmouth area and found ourselves purchasing a yet to be built home. Our builder referred us to Amy at Taps Decorative Plumbing. From the moment we walked into Amy's showroom, met Amy and sat down one-on-one to discuss our needs and desires, we knew we were in good hands. Amy's knowledge of products, ideas, suggestions, all came together to provide us with one "top shelf" kitchen and bath design experience. Our tastes are contemporary and all of our expectations have not only been met, they have been surpassed. We highly recommend Taps Decorative Plumbing and are grateful to Amy for the many hours she spent with us and her contributions to making our residence the home of our dreams.”
Jeff Daigle Plumbing & Heating LLC
Shapleigh, ME Plumbers
June 11, 2015
“Jeff Daigle and his crew did a great job replacing my furnace. At first he tried to salvage my existing furnace but it ended up having a large crack in the heat exchanger. This was in the middle of the winter and Jeff was able to get a new furnace installed very quickly and made some inexpensive suggestions to save on future fuel costs. The furnace he installed is much more fuel efficient then the old one. His crew was very friendly and easy to work with.”

“Have worked with them on repair projects for toilet, sink, and faucet issues. They show up on time or give you plenty of warning if a reschedule is needed, the repairs are well done, the plumbers knowledgeable and pleasant, and the price is fair. Would happily recommend them to anyone in the area.”

“It's difficult dealing with a plumbing emergency when you live 6 hours away. Adult daughter calls from cottage in Naples citing 4 inches of water in basement. After turning off water pump and hot water heater, (couldn't plug in sump pump because electrical outlet soaked along with water lines covered with heat tape) water still seem to rise. Artesian well could be backfilling from well line. Not being familiar with the area, I called at least five plumbers, after hours, left messages. Only one returned my call, Charlie Bradbury. Given the hour and the lousy, icy road conditions, he couldn't promise that his on-duty person, would be available, but after listening to my concerns, increasing water levels, electrical inference, etc., he promised to do his best. A few minutes later, Phil called, and said that although it might take an hour to get to the cottage because of road conditions, he would leave his family, children, and the safety of his home and venture forth to at least assess the situation, turn off all incoming water supplies so the situation wouldn't get worst, make the repairs if it wasn't too involved,and/ or return the next day to finish the job. I'll finish my review tomorrow, but I have to credit and give high marks to this firm for responding to my emergency, (especially since I am not a regular customer- but I will be), and assisting my daughter in her calamity.”

“Lachance put in my new natural gas heating syxtem and hot water a few years ago and I am so pleased with their work. Their prices were competitive, their work superb, the employees friendly and very helpful. I have since had them do other plumbing work for me and they again did a great job and also gave me a few money saving tips as well.”
