“This is a follow-up review to my initial thank you for Ken's great plumbing help , excellent office staff and a quick response to my plumbing problems (2 in one day!!). There was hole in my stucco/drywall that needed repairing. Mike, the owner, personally called me 4 times (I had to change the first appointment) to set things up and then to see how things went. I am so impressed with the high quality, COMPLETE service I received. Give BumbleBee a call for your plumbing needs. You won't be sorry.”

Todd's Water Heater Repair - Install Phoenix
Local Plumbers, Companies & Services in Phoenix
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsNovember 6, 2014
“Todd was a great choice when i needed a Phoenix water heater guy i could trust. He replaced pressure reducer valve at main water intake to my home. Replaced T&P valve on water heater. Installed new ball valve on cold water input to hot water heater. Cut out/simplified an unnecessary tangle of pipes near the pressure reducer valve from what appeared to be a previous water softener installation. Todd gave me a good idea of what to expect on the phone. He came out quite quickly. Todd was very knowledgeable and also very easy to communicate with/pleasant. He offered a wealth of information and helped me understand what happened/why my water heater T&P valve broke (it was spewing constant water to the relief spigot outside). As we discussed all the details it became obvious that the reason the T&P valve gave way when it did was because I the pressure reducer valve had broken, so I had very high water pressure in my home, and I had recently replaced all the toilet valves which gave the high pressure nowhere else to go. He also gave me a variety of tips on plumbing in general. Overall, outstanding service. I will certainly contact him again. My only concern is that it did seem pricey at $700, but I did check one competing outfit and their cost (at least just for the T&P valve) was even higher. So I think plumbing repairs are just sadly expensive. Partly no doubt due to liability.”
